The Serena Williams Design Crew x Nike Air More Uptempo “Denim” is a collaboration by the tennis superstar and her design team on a denim construction of the retro basketball shoe. The Air More Uptempo in the “Denim” colorway updates Scottie Pippen’s former signature shoe with a denim construction in lieu of its original leather design for a bold spin on the already eye-catching sneaker. Both the shoe’s base and its oversized “AIR” branding appear in dark blue denim. The aforementioned “AIR” detailing features contrasting neon green accenting, as do the borders of the overlay panels. A white Swoosh appears on the heel. The shoe’s Dark Obsidian upper is paired with a tonal rubber midsole to complete the look. Release date: February 1, 2023
