The Olivia Kim x Nike Air Max 98 “No Cover” is Nordstrom’s VP of Creative Projects ‘90s-leaning take on a collection of iconic Nike designs. Kim highlights the nightlife scene of the 1990s in her work with Nike as each shoe in the capsule takes on a different meaning inspired by the sights and people of the era. The Air Max 98 “No Cover” features a multicolor nylon upper with a black leather mid-panel wrapping around the entire upper. A white leather mudguard contrasts the look. Embroidered lime green Swoosh branding appears on the mid-panel with embroidered white Air branding covering the lateral panel. Nike’s signature toe-to-heel Max Air cushioning system completes the look of the special “No Cover” Air Max 98. Release date: November 8, 2019.
