The Nike Air Max 95 “Glass Blue” was released during the retro runner’s 25-year anniversary in 2020. As futuristic looking today as when Nike debuted the model all those years ago, the Air Max 95 is firmly positioned as one of the most influential Air Max silhouettes—and performance shoes—of all time. Here, the “Glass Blue” edition features the Air Max 95’s familiar light-to-dark gradient design as the wavy panels on either side of the shoe. A red embroidered Swoosh resides on the heel and Glass Blue patent leather detailing appears above the white rubber midsole. Various colors and materials tell the rest of the shoe’s story as white leather appears on the toe and black mesh surrounds the eyelets. A split “Air Max” logo is embroidered onto the white tongue. Visible Air units in the forefoot and heel of the midsole are spec’d per the original Air Max 95.
