The Air Jordan 5 gets one of its most unique looks ever with this version from the 2013 Nike Doernbecher Freestyle Collection. The design was started by patient Isaac Arzate who was a patient at the hospital following a cardiac arrest, and was actually finished by his family after he suffered a second and fatal heart attack. With glow-in-the-dark detailing, the shoe also features Isaac’s baseball number 9 on the left shoe and basketball number 31 on the right.
